  • Egg Yolk Raviolo with aged balsamic, brown butter, crispy sage, pancetta and roasted trumpet mushrooms ($24)
  • Pressed Mattone Chicken with creamy polenta, grilled trumpet mushrooms and blood orange gastrique ($26)
  • Filet Tagliata with black truffle-mascarpone risotto, rosemary and demi-glace ($37)
